  • Accessory staging to elevate how each room feels in person and in photos

  • Virtual staging to help buyers imagine the space furnished or even reflect seasonal changes (think spring flowers in winter or poolside photos in summer)

This video ensures that every feature is highlighted, even if their agent hasn’t previously seen the home. It allows me to “be there” in a sense—walking them through the flow, pointing out upgrades, and telling the story of the space—without interfering in the buyer-agent relationship.

Step 5: Showcase the Home to the Right Audience

Even better—Zillow maps each photo to the floor plan, giving buyers a clear sense of the home’s layout. This has been especially valuable in securing out-of-town or relocation buyers who can’t see the home in person.
